htc one m9
The HTC One M9 and Galaxy S6/S6 Edge devices will be officially released in just a few days, while some people are already getting their hands on theirs. One thing that we all want when getting a new shiny device is protection and style. Verus is accessory manufacturer that is now hosting a major sale on their cases for these devices and more.
Just like we saw earlier with the Galaxy S6, the pricing models have been released for the HTC One M9 — surprisingly the same day as the S6 pricing was announced, ಠ_ಠ . HTC also included the price for an unlocked model from their website (happy dance).
Earlier this morning HTC had a press Q&A event titled the “Uh-Oh” event in which the main focus was to discuss their new “Uh-Oh” warranty program. While HTC had detailed that in full, HTC also went into detail about all the pertinent information regarding the One M9 — such as the official US release date and possible Google Play editions.
Early Sunday morning in Barcelona, HTC put all the rumors and leaks to rest as they announced their newest flagship, the HTC One M9. For the past few weeks we’ve received leak after leak about the device but now we have the official list of specs and features from this year’s One. Let’s dive in and take a look at what makes the M9 the One to get.
At this point, we probably know more about the HTC One M9 than HTC would care to admit. Either way, HTC still plans to try and “wow” us with its latest flagship device in Barcelona during MWC 2015. To ensure we don’t miss a single lens flare video, adjective laced feature set, or downright hyperbole, HTC has posted streaming information for the March 1st event.
It’s time to sing that sad song again: the one when HTC has its flagship device leaked well before its official announcement. This time we can give thanks to Twitter leaker @upleaks for the pre-release content. Somehow he/she got their hands on some HTC One M9 advertising media and graciously decided to share it with the world — or at least the Twitterverse.
HTC hasn’t had the best of luck keeping their latest flagship devices unexposed before an official announcement. Last year there was an extensive video about the M8 before release and this year we’ve seen a plethora of leaked photos. On top of this year’s leaked photos, we now have a collection of leaked wallpapers to give us a small look into the kind of visual goodies HTC’s latest flagship will feature upon release.
