ASUS Nexus Player Now Available from Best Buy
January 22, 2015 | Keyan XAccording to a respected source of ours, Best Buy retailers have begun receiving the Nexus Player and are now selling them both in-store and online.
You’ll notice the online site has yet to be updated to reflect the new inventory but reports reveal the price of the Player to be the same $99.99 we’re used to seeing in the Play Store. As an added bonus (or waste of money) Best Buy is also giving customer’s a chance to purchase Best Buy’s Geek Squad warranty in case anything should go wrong.
What a Day: Google I/O Sells out in Under an Hour, Andy Rubin Leaves Android, and Google Reader Receives a Pink Slip
March 13, 2013 | Vincent MessinaBoy, oh boy, what a day. Today’s craziness all started at 7 a.m. PDT, when registration opened for Google I/O 2013. It was the usual Google clusterf****, with multiple issues ranging from error messages to Google Wallet disasters. It took about 55 minutes for the tickets to sell out, leaving those with Google Wallet issues, bank denials, and just plain infinitely spinning circles, furious.
