LG Shows Off Class and Customization of the Watch Urbane in Promo Trailer
Last weekend, LG told the world of a new Android Wear watch that they were releasing soon, the LG Watch Urbane. The Urbane touts a classy, all-metal Wear device in which to rival the Moto 360. In the press release though, LG only included photos and nothing else. Now it seems they have added a video in an attempt to impress us even further.
In the video we see the Watch Urbane flowing in and out of frame with flowing material all around to accentuate the style of the watch. We get a few captions about how fashionable the Urbane will be before finally getting to the highlights of the promo.
LG first shows that the Urbane will support different watch bands and that they should be easy to swap (inferring that some of these bands will be offered by LG and therefore more compatible). The next seconds of the video show off the watch faces that will be specific to the Urbane, some of them reminding us that this is a smartwatch and not simply a luxury watch.
At the end of the video you’ll notice that once again there are no details about the price or release date of the Watch Urbane, yet with MWC right around the corner, hopefully we’ll know everything soon enough.
Is this shaping up to be the Android Wear watch to keep an eye on?
