What would you say if I told you Samsung has retired the Home button in favor of onscreen buttons in the Galaxy S IV? Of course you’d give out a big HOORAH! Now, what if I told you Samsung also decided to scrap the sleek rounded design in favor of a more square Galaxy Note look? Yea, I say “meh” too.
We’ve been here before: purported rumors for the unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy S IV. Last we heard, Samsung was going to be holding an event at an unknown location on March 15, and now, we’re hearing it will be March 14 somewhere in NYC.
The land down under has just provided enough rumor fodder to keep us bloggers going for the next few months. Today is certainly Nexus 4 day, and there’s only one way to end such a day — with a white Nexus 4! Popular devices are known for having a white counterpart and apparently the Nexus 4 is no different. The guys over at phoneArena received photo evidence of such a device existing, and while it was void of any information such as availability, cost, etc., it does leave us to drool a bit.
I usually don’t post on purported renders of devices yet announced and thus didn’t post up the early renders of the HTC M7. However, I’d like to point out, I was disappointed by the renders as they painted a picture of an HTC device that looked a whole lot like an iPhone 5. Thankfully, the latest batch of purported M7 images look more like an HTC device and less like, well… a you know what.
